When she was in her mother's womb, everyone was excited to welcome the new member of the family. Her father took good care of her mother and even thought of a beautiful name for his baby. One day, in the middle of the night, her mother's pain started. She was screaming as if her soul was about to leave her body. It was labor pain. Nobody listened. She gathered all her strength, woke up from bed, and started to walk to the door. Her legs were shivering, and she was constantly screaming..... After walking a few steps, she sat on the floor. She was trying hard to stand up but failed and fell on her face. She screamed in pain. She was constantly praying, 'God, please keep my baby safe. Please, God, do something.' She was crawling slowly on the floor, her whole face a mess, and after some time, she lost consciousness.
When she opened her eyes, she found herself in a hospital bed. She panicked when she saw that her baby was no longer in her womb.... She screamed, 'Doctor, doctor, anyone! Where is my baby? Where?'
Her mother in law came nd said , 'Everything is fine, calm down, . Your baby was having breathing problems, that's why we put her in ventilation.' The mother in law said, 'Don't worry, she'll be okay soon.'
But a mother's heart was far from convinced. She was crying as if someone had ripped her heart from her body. She look at her and begged, 'Please ma, I want to see my baby. Let me see her, please.' She was begging and crying.
Suddenly, she felt a sharp pain in her stomach. She held her stomach with both hands and hissed in pain. Her mother-in-law asked, 'What happened, beta? Why are you holding your stomach?' She started panting heavily but continued begging for her baby.
Her mother-in-law called the doctor ASAP. They tried to calm her down, but she was far from it. She kept asking for her baby. Her health condition was getting worse. The doctor had no way to calm her down, so they decided to bring her baby immediately. The doctor asked the nurse, and she immediately left the room. After a minute, she came with a baby girl who was sleeping peacefully in her bed with oxygen mask and saline...They gently held her up and placed her on her mother's lap. Her mother looked at her with admiration, pain, happiness, and everything. She was so busy checking her baby girl that she forgot about her own pain.
Her tears kept falling from her face. She gently put her hand on her girl's cheeks. 'My baby, my little angel.' She kissed her forehead, hugged her, and it was like she had just found her soul in the baby.
She was smiling and crying at the same time. Even the doctor and her mother-in-law were silently wiping their tears. But as time passed, her pain was getting worse. However, she hid it because she thought they might take her baby girl away.
Suddenly, the hospital room door opened, and her husband barged in like a madman. Yes, he was away for office work. With messy hair, a blazer on his hand, a loose tie, and swollen eyes, he came. He held his wife's cheeks. 'Are you okay, are you okay, my love?' Tears came to his eyes as he kissed her face repeatedly.
He forgot about the other presence in the room and even about the baby on her mother's lap. Both were crying. He touched her forehead with his. 'You know, I was so scared. I felt like I'm suffocating. Somebody is stabbing my heart again and again. My heart almost stopped beating. Love, I'll die. I'll die if anything happens to you.'
He hugged his wife again. After a long hug, they finally broke apart, and he noticed the baby on her lap with a nappy around her waist and saline and oxygen msk. 'My baby, my boy, what happened to him? Why is he with an oxygen mask?' He looked at the doctor and shouted, 'What's wrong with my boy?'
His wife took his hand and asked him to bend him to her level. 'There's nothing serious with her. She was just having breathing issues, that's why... Our baby will be fine.' But her husband's face suddenly became dark. He looked like he was still trying to process something. He kept staring at the baby with confused eyes.
'Wait, did you just say... girl?' His wife looked at him with doubtful eyes and said, 'Yes, honey, she is our little princess, our baby girl. Look at her face; isn't it just like yours?' Her mother was giggling...!!
