Unable to login - popup of ban found. No idea why.

I needed a help from your side. When i tried to login to my account in Beta ( Malayalam chat), i was unable to login to my account, and the popup for ban was appearing.
I have no clue about why my account was banned. Please aid me in recovering my account.
