You don't have to be positive all the time. It's perfectly okay to feel sad, angry, annoyed, frustrated, scared and anxious. Having feelings doesn't make you a negative person. It makes you HUMAN. Sometimes when you miss the times when you were mentally healthy and stable, remind yourself that you can be the same again.

There are times when the smallest of things seem so big and tragic to you and you beat yourself for it. Take a break :) take a break at least for me, guys!

Never think it's too much to ask of someone. Always try to communicate and get involved. I'm sure that'll be a great relief.
