They face so many challenges face by them
1st ( customer's attitude )
Now a times people in the world specially in work pressure have become so aggressive they want everything to be delivered before Estimated time so they call them . Use swearing words against them but they try to give best as possible
2nd (Environment conditions)
The biggest challenge is environment because to earn for their family so that they can have loaf of bread . They have to go outside even in extremes of temprature which make them so tired .
3rd ( Duty on time )
They have to arrive and receive order at time from that required restaurant . sometimes they are miles away from that required restaurant and if they get in jam it is impossible for them to reach there . And their job is cancelled and is handled to another person .
4rth ( no time for happiness )
They keep on working hard but they have very less time for Thier happiness with Thier families as they earn a little , work for 7 days a week, no holiday .
My request
Pls if you find a delivery boy /girl pls respect them at least ask them for a sip of water as they work like anything to serve us at right time .Remember attitude is everything you treat them nicely same they will do so .
Express the happiness on Thier face by expressing your gratitude and agree on giving them a feedback if they ask
