In my little perspective, the first priority for one should be they 'themself'.
In the world of possessions, people may come and leave as the time moves. You yourself will be the one, left alone to face hardships.
The second priority should be your parents; children may take care of their parents during their old age but only as a responsibility, as a liability. But never ever the converse happens to be true. They caress us with love, they make us what we are now.
Last day in the hospital, I met a lady. She is in her early 30s'. Loved someone and married him. But by the play of destiny was caught by cancer. The ever-loving husband as she thought, no longer existed. Hearing the tragic news that fool gave a divorce notice and went to his hometown. Doesn't that hurt you? A human surely gets affected for sure. So did she. So, when I met her, she wasn't only a patient to cure cancer but also depression. Even in that darkest phase, her parents never abandoned. She is now only living for them with the glimmering hope for once to get well and take care of her 'priority'.
