How stomach is related to your sex life?
Basically girls n boys are worried about the sexy appearance by considering their brist, chest, pussy, ass, legs and pennies.

Here are some tips that I m practicing these days to make my stomach fit
1. Take 6 times your meal instead of 3. I take at 4 am, 7am,10am,1pm,5pm and 8pm. (take 50 %of quandity of your regular meal each time) our stomach is like a elastic so don't stretch it to the maximum to spoil the shape.
2. Do simple stomach fitting exercise for 30-45 min in the morning , 1 hour in the evening and 30 - 45 min before to bed.
3. Drink water 30 min after you take your food.
4.avoid fatty foods, take plenty of fruits n vegetables.
