. I cant cook biryani i can plate biryani and i can eat biryani lolz. Plating briyani in functions need a high skill job the rice and pieces need to be in correct proposition and you need to safely take that from the vessel if you give a wrong turn the rice may get broken or the masala will not in a good proposition so we say it in tamil as ( plate adikarthu ) which means serve 40 plates to 50 plates with biryani with a correct proportion of rice. Iam an expert in it every close ones function they ask me make plates if it was biryani . Because if pieces finishes onky kuska will remain or kuska finsihed piece remain so its a art of making everything perfecf and good.Note :Try not to do this once you done the platting all the biryani smell willl enter your nose and mad your brain like you have ate the half devusa of biryani and you cant eat much biryani aftee that
