One is enough. We can choose sample from the Box containing both the fruits.
If it is apple or Orange , then we can label it accordingly..
According to the question, the labels are always incorrect , so just switching the remaining two boxes's label would make them correct..

This can be done by the below algorithm.
1. Lets take the box 'Apple+Oranges'. Now since this is a lie so it can either contain apple or orange.
a. Now we got this as apple after seeing the box (sample check), then label it as apple.
b. The remaining two boxes 'Oranges' should contain 'Apple+Orange' since 1) this is a lie so it cant contain orange and 2) apple is already in other box.
c. The final box 'Apples' should contain orange as this is the only remaining one.
Similarly if 1.a is Orange ( by sample check) then also we can label the box correctly by following the same algo from 1a -1 c.
So the minimum sample will be 1.

Ur Question wrong..we don't know number of fruit in one box..if you say number of fruit in one box can tell easily...one box contain how many fruit inside????
