You are absolutely right
That will only works when the people remember what they done and feel that they did something wrong.
Not that I'm in support of revenge.
But some people never realise their mistakes.
If you can find peace of mind on your own then its best - let it all go.
If not, then talking about it and bringing it to their notice is okay too. (Unless they are really thick in the head)
