When all the badgeholders' badges are removed, who comes under existing staff members? I think it should be a fair play to everyone, same strict rules should be applied to owners or super-admins too. Let zozo users or abusers elect their staff members. Otherwise this looks like internal placing.

And how long these badges sustain? Few months or Few years? What if someone wants to take a break? How does that hold? When & why the badges will be revoked, the reasons? Please also list the responsibilities of each badge clearly. So many are new folks, and hence an informative no comment detailed post will help us all, please also educate on why these roles are important for zozo/ users, on what basis these folks are being analyzed in addition to the above listed.

It's simple, they well know the users who are existing staff members even though their staff badges have been revoked
 
The post said 'EXISTING', so that may not count old badge holders.
Existing in the sense those all staff users whose badges have been removed recently in July 2022.

I am not talking about those staff users whose badges have been removed due to any issues like breaking the rules, abusing, etc and I think those users are not eligible for contesting this election

This is to know the nominis who are interested according the the criteria given ppl come put up der names..
Internal placing nah guess u should read it twice bcoz we have asked every user to come up to list der names but didn't ask only ex badhe holders dear..

Der is no guarantee for time span of badges being a staff members.. depending on there activity n behavior they can be revoked too if they cross the line..

Break can be taken by any user no one r forcing any user to stay back n dedicate ur time ,energy, life to zozo everyone has der personal life..if someone wanna tale break inform admins..rest they will tc...

Responsibilities n roles can be explained to badge holder once they r elected... it's not required for every user to know what staff members does off the screen...

It's simple being a new user they might not be aware of what to do on wall I laugh now.. bcoz most of the reg users come to have fun, sext ,casual talks etc etc..
This is why we don't allow kids to site as it's an adult site n we expect ppl to have some brains with dicks too understand what's happening on Wall...
Rules are imp to keep the wall healthy without spams n dramas..
As a user we expect other users also to educate newbies its not just staff members role to always come up get into hatred zone which happens when a staff member says good things to users..

Basis are ntg , every user history will be checked n we have added interview process too to make it more efficient this time...


It's an open election the eligible candidate will do nominations n go through the process..
Users can support the nominis by giving reaction score.. this is just nominations so have some patience...

Admins and Moderators r common for all rooms. So each and every eligible voter can cast their vote for them.

But in
Room mod's case, they r bound to serve that particular room only. So only the voters in the particular room can be made to vote for them. Bcz only that particular room users know about those candidates.

Agreed to some extent but since access to all rooms have been given to everyone, people always flowed from one room to another, I have friends across rooms, meaning they have friends across rooms too. And people come to me wherever I am or I go wherever they are. So that shouldn't be a problem.

Reason Two, since feb, games like ZPL, W-Day, Treasure hunt were conducted by @Hunkkk @VAMC @Deepak Kiran @ModernSanyasi @Shyam @Pinkcandy and mini games are also conducted every now and then by @Administrator @Rapunzel @KIARA @Jaanuz @AmoRoUs ❤️ @Goddess of Wisdom, many captains (hard to tag) and others. So the nuances are now widely known by others as well, hence they should be given right to vote too. Also, the same room mods, tend to become mods & admins later, so everyone needs to know everything mostly.

Reason Three, In addition to participation, voting, elections this time also has interview process, so the organizers are much aware of what to consider and what not, we are just too limited in knowledge to see things as of today.

Ok people are into toooo much of questions today. Let me put that very simple for you.

1. Everyone gonna contest in this election, including myself.. none is exempt.
2. Just look in your EYE to find any speck before looking at someone's profile and checking their criteria? Stop blaming others. It is an open nomination, so do people self-nominate themselves but at the end of the day, when we decide who is gonna contest in the election, the result will differ from what you see now.
3. There is a speculation going around the criteria is tough and that you are not eligible, If you are not then you are not. If you are then you are eligible. Do not forget our interview panel has different language-speaking members who gonna get the nut out of you when it comes to interviewing. No matter how hard you lie to us, your past experience and activity will be brung upon with a question. ( eg, bye bye zozo ).
4. Myself, If I do not win the election I'm happy to step down and will be a technical assistant until the time nourishes better for me in the next election.

Buddy ppl roam all rooms , ppl of different rooms r known through forum..
So the users already know the nominis if still they don't know they will get to know now..
