Proxy IP and My fellow admins in indian rooms

Well, I asked all of our INDIAN room admins to provide the IP of the proxy users. Now it's even simpler and easy to copy the IP address of users and share it with me.

Skywalker is using a lot of new unblocked ASN and Proxy IP. Its been a week and still, no any admins provided me his IP list of logins.

Whenever you see SKYwalker or any Proxy IP changes. Please report to me the IP So I can ban the whole ASN and IP network if it is real proxy or vpn.
