No you cannot delete. Only forum moderators can do.

And it is ideal to provide that option only to forum moderators

the forum may have admins but it also has Admins and three of them are also the chatzozo's OWNERS ( which includes the forum) so how about let them decided whats ideal for everyone and stay in your lane as just as a USER

Yes admins can delete the comments if its inappropriate or offensive , as well mods of forum...
