Overthinking is okay - having assumptions isn’t.

Seeing a situation frm multiple scenarios is okay; but preempting a result isn’t.

Never loose a sight of reality!
 
An over-thinker’s brain constantly keeps seeking answers. We are usually worrying about something that might happen; or we are anticipating a potential outcome, or we are expecting a certain outcome and/or certain behavior.From my personal experience.

However, with enough practice, you can successfully start to overthink less and less, which will eventually help you to stop overthinking altogether.

If you are really an overthinker... don't worry !!
Just live in present moment of ur life (no past or no future)..try to think positive and share all ur thoughts to the person you trust ...cause may be she/he can help you...may be you are wrong!!

Also try to make new friends from these type of various platforms...this will help to skip the unnecessary thoughts!!
