I feel past can't be ignored as it'll haunt but when one accepts past no matter what happened, then the person will have more mental strength to face things

So, When one is ready to face consequences without getting Emotionally affected will be more happy but its tough

This can be achieved when the person understands some are inevitable and can't change them

Instead of worrying or Overthinking keep your guards on, be ready to face things, don't succumb, live in reality

Don't always hope for miracles to happen INSTEAD be a MIRACLE!

Easy to say, hard to follow. Nobody wants their past to haunt them but triggers are like uninvited guests. Whatever way someone is affected or hurt, eventually it is carried and stored in mind alone. Now how do you drop it from the mind?
You can't drop it.. But it'll fade away eventually.
