List 10 things that you appreciate about yourself
It is not a self-appreciation, but rather a self-analysis. Not adding any negatives (which I have many) as you talked about to quote pluses.
  1. Loves home food than that of hotel food. A Punjabi thali prepared by my ma is incredible for me.
  2. Eats minimal, maintains body from being obese or thin.
  3. Love to hear you rather than talking a lot. Whatever you tell me will be buried deep within me.
  4. Learned to be silent. 'Silence is the crown for a wise' is what my pa taught.
  5. Never loves to quarrel, I don't like to indulge myself to such talks.
  6. Loves to make friends, I don't have 'the best friend' but have many 'the best friends'.
  7. Never treats anyone without respect for what my culture taught me is higher you go smaller you have to be.
  8. Treats everyone with a smile, loves pets, considers friends over love and parents over friends.
  9. Likes to be a patriotic minded person. Loves to serve my fellow mates with much concern.
  10. Loves to see comedy films than that of tragic news.

5. Respect everyone and treating everyone equally

9. Taking free yoga classes to underprivileged kids and elders
10. Finally I am the person who always accepts my mistakes boldly even it was a stage I will apologise to whomsoever.

One may take diets, but diet too have its own demerits especially
if you are eating only vegetables by avoiding other foods, may not bring positive results. If you want to do it after having consultation from a dietitian.
