Kuekuatsu.
He meditates upon the moonless night,
Upon the stars and the cloud,
The tree-lined valley, gleaming at first light,
Where the mind is free, without a doubt.
Lonesome doth the wolf, he howls,
The silent woods, piercing the freezing night,
A tale he tells, of olde, two souls,
A fairytale, unseen by the day's bright light.
Galavanting doth the wolf, he sought,
His ancient soul's counterpart, in another,
The lonesome night, the afar moon, She brought,
A measure of peace, like none other.
At peace, was the beast, at last,
Wearied, scarred lays he, on the grassy plume,
Leaden lids, he shut his eyes, a soft sigh,
a shroud of dust,
Beneath the afar moon, awaiting an impending doom.
