It masks the truth, obscures the light,
Turns peace to storms in endless night.
Yet jealousy holds no real gain,

For in its place, we clearly see,

Well well. Jealousy ! True words man.
"Tearing trust and love apart" that hit me. Lol. Okay. Triggered some memories .. I've seen families fall apart... Lovey dovey couples go bitter... Insecurities.. toxic possessiveness... Shit causing traits :D
If I'd started writing I'd go on n on. Lol. Fascinates me how you poets around here pen all your thoughts into crisp short lines.

Haha, I get it! Jealousy brings out those intense feelings—families breaking, love turning sour, insecurities tearing things apart. It’s like watching a slow unraveling. You’ve got a keen sense of it. If you ever wrote it down, those memories would make some powerful lines. you’ve got the knack for it

It stirs the heart with envy’s bite,
But love should never fuel the fight.

Respect is the key, so pure, so kind,
For in true love, no harm should find.
Let hearts not clash with bitter cries,
But rise above, and touch the skies. :smoking:
