i have stopped masturbating this year the no of days i would have masturbated might be 6-11 i guess previous it might be 4-7 and before that 2 years i didnt masturbated as i too much depressed so i dont masturbate .
yup i have stoppped masturbating and also you can say i have a control on my hormones pretty well.

there are 2 issues with me when i masturbate it takes me 15-20 mins to release the sperm but the quantity :hitthewall: and secondly when i masturbate i do it like 3-4 times continously and then i tired so i sleep lol

limited masturbation is good for health but excessive is not good. Sometimes it depends on your mental health
