Is it wrong if I ask my girlfriend for a kiss or hug when we are in a serious relationship?

And about asking for a kiss or hug ...you can ask ... But the other person might not be expressive about it always ... So there might be other way to know if they like it.. find a way to communicate with them in a comfortable manner ..

Just because these are your needs in your so named "serious relationship" it doesn’t means she also wants the same intimacy .
She is also an individual and can make decisions.
The best thing you can do is to ask her whether she feels its okay to have the physical intimacy like kissing and hugging.
Incase she says yes , then enjoy the feeling of the wet juicy lips and warm hugs but if she says no then respect her decision .
She is trying to protect herself and if you are not happy then better leave her and find a girl friend who will agree with you for the physical intimacy.
