International Yoga day

Todays yoga is utter nonsense altough still good for healthy life.It just ona gross level not subtle.
The actual meaning of yoga was never meant to be just on a bodily conception it focused on ones inner engineering the consciousness the soul and as byproduct its used to enhance one on bodily level too.
Its dervied from the word yujir/yuja which means to connect/unite ! connect us to some powerful dimension of possibilities or elevated consciousness or to supreme in other words.
