Memories and shadows come to view,
I face the parts of me I never knew.

Memories and scars that forever last.
But reflection helps me let go,
And release the weights that slow.

With every step, I find my way,

I learn to love, to forgive too,
And find peace, in all I do.

I breathe deep, calm my mind,
And hear my soul's gentle voice unwind.
It guides me through life's tricky way,
To self-discovery, a new day.

In quiet thought, I am free,
To find my strength, just being me.
No longer lost, in life's confusion,
