I can understand by this screenshot is , the issue is mainly bcoz of ur browser

Use chrome if u are an android user, use safari if u are an iphone user, then try and let us know with ur username which you are trying to login

There is no issues from our end , after login , you have to wait for the chat rooms page gets loaded , once u see the live symbol at the top of the page , you can click the desired room to enter

Use chrome browser instead of Google search tab
