When i using wifi
Sometimes when connected to wifi device IP might change if you use Dynamic IP and that might be deducted and when IP address changes the chat settings might consider this as use using VPN or some technology to change IP and hence it's blocked... My wild guess 
You should check whether your Wifi is using VPN also

Can I get some help here? I'm not using VPN or anything. last night I was able to log in but now I can't. I also even clear extension on my chrome browser still stuck here. Hoping I can get some help T_T
