How you utilize that late night sleeping time matters! Nothing to do with being romantic.

It reminds me of a scene - a guy reading books or watching tv late night while his girl friend looking at him - “ such a useless brat”

People who work at night .. sleep late doesn't make them romantic
People who have insomnia .. doesn't sleep at all .. doesn't make them more romantic
People who are lonely or sad also doesn't sleep...

So the point is not the sleep...
If someone's romantic they are romantic ...

Also everyone who is romantic .. doesn't uses the chance to show that side of them ...
It depends on the person ...

And it's all up in the brain . Everything.. every romantic , dirty or sexy imagination... It all starts in the brain .... stimulate the brain and that can make people to have a blast of romance ...
