Lol you English is ok..me poor English..when boy touch a girl at young age 5 to 12..you can't feel any bad mind comes in your mind..for that all say this age is babies age.... when girl start attain a period after parents say to a girl "stop talk with boys and don't allow to touch their hands"..sex hormones start produce after girl attain a age which I meant first period..girls behaviour has changes after..she start do makeup and try to show off Infront of a boys even with girls too..she wear normal dress..after age attained girls wear good dress and do makeup much..from 13 to 19 is teen period..much dangerous period...in this period girls are risk to talk with boys..sex hormones start producing much at this age....human Brian growing up so girls are weak in mature at small ages same as boys are weak in mature..fr this reason even Zoozoo won't allow below age 19....this is the main reason government give vote rights after 18..from 13 to 18 girls struggle to take a decision..even boys same mostly Ur sperm start produce after 12 by age attained...for that reason you can feel a girls when you see...age attained is nothing.
