The clarity I am having while writing about something is missing while speaking on something.

When we write, we have sufficient time to think and convert our native language into english and meanwhile we can also take some time to think but when we speak, we have to speak fast and you don’t have plenty of time to convert sentence into english.
To overcome this ... Start speaking more make it a practice...i say ..talk more to the little kids where you were not worried you will be judged... The more you speak, the more calm you will feel and the better your spoken English will be...cheers!!

Come out of ur insecurities and start speaking. whether it is right or not it doesn't matter and be open when someone try to correct you.It's ok no one is expert here all are learning, confidence and open mind is much needed
Me too have this issue not only when talk even when i write 
Everything is defined as SKILL, isn't it? Speaking, Writing, whatever you do everything is defined as a skill, how to improve your SKILL? practice makes a man perfect?
I would suggest be a part of ENGLISH talking community where you can talk and roam freely. Just go ahead, you will grab one or two daily to make it more easy and more fluent.
For me reddit HELPS a lot of ways.. JUST change your country location to get universal english post and do not forget to read the comments. That's where I learn to be more sarcastic every day lol.

Speak slowly it allows you to get some time to think over what to speak next
It happen fr me..after sent I seee I missed something in text....u want to be a consious mind when u do text...Ur mind is at somewhere and u in text mode then u missed some words to say to them
