Actually everyone need to know how to keep ourselves hygienic...but we r too embarrassed to ask or tale help form gynic or frnds..

Actually cleaning daily is must n should. Preferable without soap coz some may get irritation with soap as the genital organ tissues are very delicate . Try to avoid soap. Never ever use deodorants in these areas . If someone wants to use soaps then one should check the TFM and grade of the soap. Try to use mild soaps and without looking at these n use soaps then we have to be a regular patients of Dermatologist or Gynaec.
After taking bath rub with a dry towel and once the genitals are dry then wear inners.

One most important thing to note:
Female while cleaning anus after defecation never rinse with water towards vagina as the chances of getting infected is too high. Should be rinsed opposite.
