
I recently learned about the health benefits of eating a piece of raw ginger daily, with the ideal times being either 11 a.m. or 4 p.m. I decided to go with 4 p.m. and gave it a try today for the first time. I assumed it would be a simple task—it’s just a piece of ginger, after all. However, it turned out to be much harder than I expected. By the time I got to the last bit, I even felt like vomiting. Despite the struggle, I managed to finish it. I’m determined to stick with this routine for at least a month to see the results.
