എന്ന ചോദ്യത്തിന് ഒറ്റവാക്കിൽ മറുപടി പറയുന്നതെല്ലാം ഒരു തരം അതിശയോക്തിയാണ്...........

കാരണം ഇഷ്ടപെട്ട ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കുമ്പോഴും, സിനിമ കാണുമ്പോഴും കളിക്കുമ്പോഴും., യാത്ര ചെയ്യുമ്പോഴും., സംസാരിക്കുമ്പോഴും, പ്രിയപ്പെട്ടവരുടെയൊപ്പം ഇരിക്കുമ്പോഴും.., ഉറങ്ങുമ്പോഴും, തുടങ്ങി നിരവധി dimensions ഉള്ള ഒരു state of mind അല്ലേ..? Happiness..!
 
When I can say , I am contented in my life , that is the overall happiness what I am searching for. Though , That is not only depends upon our mental or physical happiness or comfortness, its something beyond all feelings and emotions that we are experiencing. Its sometimes a soothing feeling that I can't explain. And sometimes like a cold , whistling gentle breeze..... And something that pampers me like a kid....and.....so..and ...so.
Afterall , the entire happiness has a bonding with our sleep and nightmares I think, coz the one who can sleep peacefully at night , is the luckiest and happiest human being in the world..

Happiness എന്നാൽ ഒറ്റ വാക്കെ ഉള്ളൂ സന്തോഷം. അതിനുള്ള പല വഴികളാണ് താൻ പറഞ്ഞ സിനിമ, സംസാരം, ഭക്ഷണം, കളികൾ ഒക്കെ. ദുഖങ്ങളെല്ലാം കഴിയുമെങ്കിൽ മനസ്സിൻ്റെ ലോക്കറിൽ വെച്ച് പൂട്ടി താക്കോൽ കടലിൽ എറിയുക. ജീവിതം ഒന്നല്ലേ ഉള്ളൂ അതു ദുഃഖിച്ചു കളയണോ.

When I spend time with my loved ones,I find that happiness in myself that I don't get when doing anything else...
