for no reason mute in Bengali room

Today around 6pm when I came online a lady named Snigdha was chatting and I accidentally tagged her,and next moment she changed id and came to different id and started abusing me,I reported three times then im Offline, a while ago I came to 8:28 and saw that I was muted, I don't know which moderator or admin ignored my report and muted me. When I asked the moderator, I was told that I was abusing other users. Dear owner, admin and moderator, please tell me if this is correct.

Dear Admin @Shyam I reported 3 times but no action taken I am as a badge holder said to abuser stop but he is Continuesly abuse ing me and Other user ..and who said I am provoking abuser You can see my IP and tell me, I reported 3 times and went offline fearing more abuse, in the end the blame falls on me, I have a witness Butterfly user Ankita from Bengali room.you ask her if I said anything to anyone else.and give me evidence im provoking this Abuse user

ok, you reported the problem. That's good, don't expect immediate resolution especially when there isn't a mod or admin on at the time. Those reports are there for the mods and admin to take care of the problem when they sign in. If you were being abused, why didn't you just hit "block?" Its what that option is there for.
