Standing outside the Burj Khalifa on a chilly night, surrounded by a crowd but still walking alone, I find myself reflecting on the year—the good, the bad, and everything in between. As I make my way to the other end of the fountain, I feel a sense of peace in the solitude. It’s not loneliness, but rather a quiet comfort, a hug I’m giving myself in the midst of it all.
Never felt more connected to myself. Grateful for the opportunities this year has given me, especially the chance to travel and experience the world in new ways. There’s warmth in embracing the journey, even when it’s cold outside.
