Writing a letter to yourself or someone else (even if you never send it) can help clarify your emotions and release some of the tension inside.You can write freely, without judgment, about what you're feeling, what you're afraid of, or what you hope for. It helps organize your thoughts and may reveal patterns or solutions.

If words are too hard, try expressing your feelings through art, music, or dance. Sometimes colors, melodies, or movements can communicate what words can't.If you choose dance option , take vedio of it and send to me so I can give you further help. If option is singing , send audio. No need of vedio unless you wish.

Meditation is best solutions.

Ask yourself why it feels hard to share. Are you worried about judgment? Afraid of being misunderstood? Understanding this may help you take the first step.

People say be like that do like this but the real peace is taking your own decisions and staying in your own way because the good or bad that happens because of ur decision which can be less regretful life
