Sometimes it's hard to explain what you feel inside
You know when someone asks you if something is wrong or if everything is okay, for a second, there's a part of us that desperately wants to tell the truth, but ultimately, we cover it up with a lie. Those moments when our cheeks get hot and we start
sweating, we get uncomfortable and scared.
We all have difficult times when it's hard to talk about our feelings, because we are afraid, or we are tired of explaining or maybe words cannot describe what we feel inside. But it's recommended to find a way to express your feelings to not trap them inside. It might be difficult to talk but there are various ways of expressing what's inside like different forms of art, or by indulging in some physical training or exercise. Find your passion, do your work, take care of yourself, relax, find some activities which help you release and let go. These are just a few examples of how we can release emotions without saying a word, you should find your own way.
