After seeing the points system and various other aspects of the forum, I thought there level of engagement shouold be more. Mere likes and adding emotion symbols does not necessarily add any value to a post. One needs to share their thoughts, view points, and perspectives in a healthy manner. Hence I thought, it would be fun running an event calendar. Here, I am putting across a rough draft, and I want folks to add more. Maybe by last week of November we can come to a conclusion, and make all the changes and submit the same to the owners by December 2nd week, and implement this framework from Jan 2023.
- 4 Events per month
- Event results will be announced on every Sunday
- A particular event's entry deadline would be Friday. Folks can use Saturday to judge and announce the results on Sunday
- 3 Winners on every event
- For literature, the particpant should get their work translated into English also. This ensures a level playing field.
- My proposal for events:
- Regaring the 'Committee', 3 folks from each room will be selected. The members should be active users, holding registered ID at least 1 month. The committe members will be on rotational basis, where 3 folks will retire at the end of 4-week events, and a new set of 3 take the position. The retired set of 3 cannot take part until two terms. So if 3 folks from one room form a committe for Jan 2023, then they can again head the committe in April 2023.
I will keep adding more, and looking forward for more folks to jump in.

- Art - Sketches (Human objects and others), Painting (Theme based competition)
- Singing - 2 Songs [Own choice and Committe's Choice
