If you're watching my cam, and I'm watching your cam, and our microphones are both capturing input, while we're both providing an output, that's going to create a feedback loop. Anybody using speakers, such as on those integrated into a smartphone or laptop, will be affected pretty hard. There's nothing that can be done about that.
