This is the icon of message don't you know?? Have you not seen same icon with name of staff members while you click on that then it direct send us to dm of that person... I'm saying that this is icon of message but not working why???

Bro you can just click on the username in the users list and use the PM option there. You really don't need to check their respective profile to send a direct message.
I can do that but posting about this option is mean to know it's use ... Why it is given ?? For showoff or it works
It's for sending a private message for that person when they are offline, but presently it's been disabled so u can't use it
I'm not talking about this option I know about this but if you click someone profile and then you see same icon there with thier username that's not working look at screenshot which I shared carefully

Thats your screen name. All this talking and you're pointing out a screen name? thats ALL it is. when you click on a persons profile It shows you their First and last name at the top. This that you highlighted is their Account name.
its just a small description of the individual, its not supposed to do anything.
