Whenever I'm alone at home, I feel like I'm not alone, there is an presence of someone around me. I can't quite put my finger on what it is, but the sensation is something like – it's as if someone is watching me, following me. It sends shivers down my spine and gives me goosebumps...... I don't know it's just my overthinking or not...Even my grandparents shared paranormal activities they've witnessed in their village. Their stories have always left me with a sense of unease actually.... Although I never experienced any haunted activity but I firmly believe that if positive power exists, then negative forces must also be there.And this is the conviction that has led me to believe in the existence of ghosts....

Please do share if you ever felt something like this...I'd love to hear your story.....

Actually I'm also experiencing the same while sleeping...I felt many times someone watching me,Sometimes I was scared and I consoled myself...For me it may be illusion,I don't know they may exists...
 
I don't believe ghost I mean those what usually people say that when someone die and become ghost no no not atall but yah there are dark things on earth and I had one too i just don't know how to put it in words :shiver:

I do not believe in a higher power, or a 'God Almighty' as some might say, never have and never will.

I do however believe in ghosts and spirits, and yes I have had experiences

1) When I was 14 I was home alone, my old man was at work, my sisters were staying elsewhere. In the early hours of the morning I woke because I heard running water, I walked into the bathroom, the shower was running, the bath taps and sink taps were running so I turned them off. I went to walk down the stairs and walked through like a white mist, but I didn't think anything of it at the time. I walked into the kitchen grabbed a pint glass, I filled it full with water and drank half of it, putting the half full glass in the middle of the draining board. I started to walk back up stairs, I got half way and heard a smash come from the kitchen, I run back down the stairs into the kitchen and see the pint glass smashed on the floor with no water anywhere.

2) The second time happened a few years ago. I had a black cat called Vivi, he unfortunately got very ill and I had to get him put down. He was Rikku my orange cats first companion, anywhere one night Rikku went to the front door and was shouting/miaowing really loudly while wagging her tail, I picked her up and took her into the bedroom, and was like 'come on now be quiet it's bed time' I put her on the bed but she jumped off and ran back to the front door, miaowing really loudly. I opened the front door to show her no one was there, and a black shadow the size of a cat walked in, Rikku got really excited, the black cat shadow walked down the hallway into the living room but disappeared leaving Rikku looking very very confused.

Omg!!! What you did i mean when you saw that there were "no water"... I meant were not u scared?? Man tbh if that happened to me I'd definitely pass out.
 

Oh yeah I nearly pooed myself lol I phoned my auntie up and she came to stay with me until my dad finished work

Another incident I just remembered, not long after Vivi was put to sleep I went to the supermarket and there was a young kind in a pram being pushed by his mother, this kid kept laughing, and his mother shushing him, a few minutes later the kid said 'look mummy cat, cat' I turned round to see where he was pointing and I saw a faint shadow the size of a cat. His mother was like 'shhh stop being silly' I couldn't help myself so I turned round to the kids mother and said 'I can see the cat too'
