yes especially being a staff member when you have to deal with not just the users but behind the scenes to ,thankfully i taught my eyes and brain what to take in and what to see without seeing

here is an example , you see a underage cp pic ,your eyes see it ,you deal with it ,ban it but your brain doesn't imprint it , you see a insulting comment ,you kick it ,ban it ,delete it but your brain doesn't imprint it ,if you let your brain take all that stuff in ,you become frazzled . its called selective reading or scan reading .

Learning them one by one !!! Initial days were quite new, but now going at my own pace! Detox mode gets on once in a while too ! Relearning to get engaged in activities that does not involve digitalism !
sometime just backing away a few days helps ,we all do it ,sometimes i'll just watch a few movies ,do some stuff at home, i'll just keep an eye on the staff group skype we have for SC to keep up to date on who got banned ,who did what but i know i dont need to be in cause i have a good team covering
