I have noticed that, when you accidentally scroll the page or hit the back button from mobile phones. Chat is getting closed and you will loose the conversation between two users. ( for example, this happens when you scroll down to look at the previous conversation message in main room or private ).
Now when you refresh or hit the back button in the mobile accidentally, our page triggers and close confirmation pop up to make sure, really want to continue this close or refresh operation.
I know it is not a big deal, but sure it helps few people.
