- The long waited TWO-WAY block enabled and works as intended. Right now you will get a maximum of 20 blocks to be added to your list.
- Image Uploading and Compression done on the go while chatting, now you will get the re-sized and compressed image as your thumbnail when you send any pictures, the raw picture will appear if you click on the image which appears in the chat. This method helps us to serve images faster and reduce too much stress on the server when hundreds of people load images at a time.
- Now admins can block usernames of any abusive username, scam, or fake id who pretend like any admin/mods.
- There won't be any ban delays like before, right now bans are instant and users who get ban will get detailed information about their BAN TIME, BAN EXPIRY TIME, and The reason.
- Removed Uploading avatars from guest users, which was a mistake that happened when we refactor the login logic and session handling methods.
- Stripped multiline copy-paste messages, now whatever you enter or paste will appear in a single-line text message.
- 200 Character Message limit: now you won't able to enter more than 200 character text to avoid disappearing from the long texted messages before.
- A warning/alert is triggered when you try to send an audio message without allowing the browser to access your device's microphone.
- Firefox browser did not show loader icon while broadcasting cam or viewing any cam to make sure it is working instead of showing an empty white screen.
- Fixed multi-window image sending process loader which may look like sending image twice to different users.
- Unnecessary private tag feature removed for private chatting. It's now only available for users who wish to tag other users in the main chat.
- Admin Feature - Admins/Mods won't see the trash icon beside every message like before, it's hidden now until you select any message.
- Now admins will get a separate section where you will get the LIST of users who got kicked out.
- Option to ban certain usernames.
- A more user-management features like missing last IP address of the user, a detailed time and date of account creation, and last seen, including the last room they were logged in.
- Admins are able to view the offence history of any user.
- Hit and RUN ban: People who leave the chat after sending any abusive comment will get an indefinite ban now, no way to hide from admins even if you leave the site.
TO-DO LIST:
Guest users have the ability to upload avatars now, which is a mistake, so we will get this feature removed to avoid illicit pictures being uploaded as guest avatars.- Giving permission to users to access the chat using VPN only if their account is email verified. (This helps people to stay anonymous)
Adding watermark to all those uploaded images inside the chat. - This is only for main chat images, not for the private chat uploads.Adding Watermarks to abusive images and CP will be a problem for the site and management team, so we dropped the auto watermarking feature.- More UI and UX improvement on the go.
- A special warning feature: This helps our admin team to warn any user before banning/kicking out of the site.
- HashTag Feature: Still under discussion and idea board to make sure how we gonna implement it and how we will process the hashtag data.
- Private Cam: 1-to-1 Private chat between two users.
- Blocking Users from broadcasters cam.
