THE GOLDEN RULE OF BRUSHING TEETH HABIT​


Do not use toothbrush and paste (any kind), which spoils teeth and gums. Tooth paste is sweet in taste, because which all the bacteria will persist in the mouth for that taste but we feel our mouth is afresh. If you wish to use the toothbrush only, then use daily new one or boil the brush everyday at 100 degree centrigrade so that all the bacteria/virus in the previous day’s will be killed. It is better, if one uses any one of the following Natural Sticks :-

a) Uttareni tree in Telugu, rough chaff tree in English, nayurivi in Tamil, Latjira in Hindi, Kada in Malayalam. Once, when my son had pain in teeth, i just put
Uttareni leaves on the effected part for 15 min for 2 days. Problem solved

b) Margosa(Neem) tree, Vepa Chettu in Telugu, Vembu in Tamil, Veppu in Malayalam

c) Tumma Chettu in Telugu, Babul or Kikar Tree in Hindi, Karu-velem in Tamil and Malayalam, Babla in Bengali.

d) Kanuga or Ganuga Chettu in Telugu, Ponnu or Unnu in Malayalam, Pungai or dalkaramcha or punku or pongam or pungam or ponga or ponka or punnai in Tamil, Karaja or Kanji or Papar in Hindi.

If brushed with any of the above things entire mouth, teeth and gums becomes fresh and the sticks work as a natural freshener and kills all the bacteria in it.
e) Kandi Pulla in Telugu, Red Gram tree stick in English, Arhar Dal tree stick in Hindi, Kadalai Paruppu in tamil.

Note-1. All these sticks need to bite well. This becomes a very good exercise for all the gums and teeth.

2. Gurgle (with the sound of moving liquid) for at least 50 times with plain water after consuming food.

3. While brushing teeth or taking bath clean the palate (upper part inside mouth) with the thumb. This prevents ailments of eye, nose and throat.

4. Do saline gargles (passing liquid till the back of throat) daily. It will keep away the disease of throat and above throat.
