Can't broadcast

I keep getting a notification of 'reached connection limit' message when trying to broadcast

But it's the registred Id...i did so as the camera kept showing disconnected

you can only log in and out so many times before you're blocked for a certain amount of time. usually about an hour before you can log back in. MOST people hit refresh to straighten things out in the chat room.
