People might use the terms “boss” or “leader” interchangeably, but that’s not entirely accurate.

The truth is, some bosses are simply that – "a boss". They have attained a position in the management section, top of the pyramid. They make decisions and control the whole things. However, those characteristics alone don’t make them leaders.

Bosses can become leaders, and doing so should become a priority for those who want to effectively lead in the workplace. Few characteristics of a Leader :

Leaders Lead, Don't Push​

Leaders Don’t Scold​

Leaders Don’t Need Fear​

Leaders Listen, Then Speak​

Leaders Offer Equality​

Leaders Are Not Dominating in Nature

Be in any profession or anywhere sometimes you have to work under some seniors and sometimes you will have some juniors. So you may work undar a boss or a leader and you may work as a boss or a leader. It's depends on your characteristics, behaviour and mentality. All of us are in a same platform....

I always want to be the leader... But it doesn't go wid my profession... So i cant....

( But frm inside I'm the leader)
