Biryani best

Seeraga Samba is the best. Whatever you cook with Basmati rice, it doesn’t emit the flavor or aroma of the masala/ meat. Basmati has an unique aroma for itself and it kind of suppresses the aroma and flavor of the meat. On the other hand, Seeraga samba takes in the flavor and aroma of the meat and masala and compliments it. Seeraga samba rice cannot be used for cooking Hyderabadi style of biriyani (Basically the biriyani with uneven spread of masala). Seeraga samba rice is good for cooking southern style of biriyani (Chettinad/ Nellore/ Mysore/ Kerala)
