Lol without a proper proof we won't take action on anyone not even based on fake reports you violated the rules n u got banned so the ban stays and it doesn't matter if you are new or 11 yrs user u can't break rules

If they didn't responded it means it's not needed to respond u no need to act like a commander we know what to do n when to do... Complaints sections is to be handled by staff persons and he asking us not u u don't need to interrupt in unnecessary things !
