He need to have thropy ( chat pro user) which he dont have I chceked
 
know i will achieve masseges and reactions within 3 months ... but I am sorry ... I hv to wt another 3 moths to full fill the time ...
 
U know I am in this site since last 2 years ... but I did not made my profile here ... recently I made it ...otherwise I could have full fill all the criteria for badges ...
