I'm not saying do meditation..i told to maintain you mind strong to avoid a pain less.we are make our mind strong by eating ,sleeping and meditation etc etc...that is the way to do strong.if you don't have sleep you get depress ......you cannot do any work with unbalance mind...meditation is one of the way to make a mind strong..im not said do yoga and shut down your emotion ..I didn't say control you brain....Do you think restrict this things that make you a robot..how you doing a think perfect when you are in calm mind..sometime you get anger because of unbalance mind...why everyone like dhoni ..the way he is handling the situation..he too feel anger in difficult situation ..he handle and don't show anger to others ..how he control his anger becz of his mind...controlling mind is important..mind is consious things..you have to Keep Ur consious always that is important..if you don't want to restrict then enjoy and feel the sad anger happy watever .. enjoy this pleasure..

Yes if he want to say good things he want to a bad right.....one who say to a person which is don't smoke and drink...one who have experience it else I can't say to other which you don't smoke...you saying right we laugh if we get...we can't do all things what is happening right..we fight against that ..serious peroson for that I know what I get so I know the being a calmness is how much good things.....yes too much pain make us cry...when tear come we cry so you want to cry always and make your heart to be weak!??your life you can live like that...I don't ..I want to express my angry what I feel now..can I show to it others ???is it fair !!we can't do what we feel ..dad one who can't buy chocolate for his son when he ask..can dad show his cry what he feel!!!we can't do what we feel always..dad control his tear and show smile to his son. one solution want to control that dad like .what I saying I don't like to control controlling isn't good things..it burst out terrible one day...controlling cry make us one day burst out... controlling my eyes it make me a health issue....crying is a things come out it make our balance our body...if not it has a some effect..i want to keep my mind strong instead of controlling...for that I became weak and come out from pain half things...girls some are too sensitive .I saw them in my life.get small words they start crying..it helpful for them...I tell to them..if they keep her mind strong atleast they get cry for big things and not for small thing...thanks you...
