Availability!!

Yes, it's often true that if you are always available to someone, they may come to take your presence for granted. This can happen because constant availability can reduce the perceived value of your support or time.
Setting boundaries helps establish a healthy relationship dynamic. It allows you to prioritize your own needs while still being supportive.
Occasionally stepping back can create a sense of absence that may make the other person appreciate your presence more when you are available.
Encouraging others to be independent in certain situations can foster personal growth and reduce reliance on you for support.
Openly discussing your availability and the importance of mutual respect in the relationship can prevent misunderstandings and feelings of being taken for granted.
Now i'm thinking to reduce my availability & spend quality time with myself. People may forget me but still there will some individuals think of me.
Hopefully ❤️

I completely agreed...and sometimes it's hurts ..

I think its totaly wrong, cos when we give them more attention.. They seems us like a option & our value decrease
Not exactly!! If someone means a lot to you, then tell it to them.

Whatever they do with this information is entirely upto them, if they wanna value you, they will!! If they don't want to, they won't!!

Now, you have to decide what value you should get after disclosing the said information!!

Embracing this mindset is a powerful step towards prioritizing your own needs and cultivating healthier relationships.
Don't worry about people forgetting you; your worth and identity aren't defined by others' memories or opinions.
