I read these once before as a qualities of a admin but nothing followed by a admin in tamil chatroom

1. The person/user should have been a regular chatter for at-least 6 months.

Admin quality in tamil chatroom:
May be a old user for more Than a year!

2. The person/user should be well known among regular users of the chat room.

Admin quality in tamil chatroom:
Well known user but admin only talk to their friends if new one talks to admin the answer by a admin is ( u don't know me then stay away from me )

3. This is an open chat room, which means you can see everything here.The person/user should not be carried away or become emotional and should know what is it like to be in a chat room.

Admin quality in tamil chat room:
Admin banning user for their own personal feelings ... Today I was blocked by rupanzel for a reason of her own

4. The person/user should be patient enough to know the issues and analyze and come up with good decisions hearing both sides of the story.
Admin in Tamil chatroom:
No patience there , yelling at user, creating fight for her own , spoiling chat , and finally banning user

5. Once they become a Moderator they should be loyal, matured, patient and mainly focus on the wellness of the chat room.
Admin in tamil chatroom :
I didn't find any qualities above in a admin Rapunzel


6. Seeing how they keep things in the chat room being a Moderator will be analyzed to later promote them as an Admin.

As a moderator satz is doing well for the wellness of chatroom.

7. Remember we don't Promote you as Moderator/Admin even if you are close/Friends to any Current Moderators/Admins, The decision is purely dependent on the criteria that have stated above.


I think some of the users in tamilchat room made as pro for a personal reason . Friend of admin .

I dont know whether there is a activity log in this site for a admin ... If there check it .

@Ivon you are wrong from the start from the STEP:1

Rapunzel is not a very new or few months older user promoted as admin.

She is admin for a very long time, i guess more than 3 years.. lol, that's enough time to understand her and her ability to manage the room.
 
Ability ? What kinda ability abusing user like this ! See 3 yrs admin can do anything more favorable to them .

Go to tamil chatrroom and ask who started this.. In screen shot there is time ... For a admin I respect but she return back with more respect
 
@Rapunzel alright lets get this cleared up. Its your turn to make it straight and close this thread ASAP. Am gonna watch this quietly.
 
Rapz admin is very bad in this chat she's ban is person tension in this chat very worst admin I ever see here old user all not coming because the problem is rapz admin she's abusing many old user in rejester I'd boys and girls so change the admini or remove the admin post to rapz
 
lol @Administrator :p i was there in the room but really i didnt knw for what he was banned...will have to rapz for it....eyewitness lol thats funny man :)
 
i see ppl flooding over here against rapunzel, but being here for last three years and have watched alot...last two weeks in tamil room was so active and enteretaining and its just because of rapz's presence.... so will have to just talk to her and know the reasons and justify it to either parties..
 
Yeah sure, once rapunzel set her foot in the forum i will ban her immediately and send her to MARS like ELON sent the STAR MAN. So she can't even be back to earth and forum.
