After all why 22-23 year old youths are suffering from serious illness!!

1. We can eat fresh chutney by taking 10 rupees kg of tomatoes, but we eat 150 rupees kg of tomatoes, that too stale made a couple of months ago, many types of chemicals.

2. Earlier we did not drink water from a day old pitcher, used to change the water of the pitcher every morning at home, now we are drinking three months old bottled water for twenty rupees a litre,
Chemical nugget.

3. Milk of fifty rupees a liter seems expensive to us and we drink a cold drink made two months back of seventy rupees a litre. The whole chemical is mixed in it.

4. The dry fruit that gives strength to the body, which is available for Rs.200, seems expensive to us, but Rs.200. They are proudly eating pizza made of wheat flour, many chemicals have been mixed in it.

5. We do not like to eat the morning food of our kitchen in the evening when we are eating six months old products of the companies, while we know that preservatives are added to keep the food safe.

6. During the lockdown of the past several months, everyone must have probably understood that our life can go on even without eating outside, in fact it can go on better.

It is a matter to think about and serious to consider, what is the reason that a 22-23 year old youth is having a heart attack. Heart failure is happening. Kidney is getting damaged. Liver is failing. Somewhere these are not the reasons.

The daily wage has been increased from Rs 300 to Rs 500 with retrospective effect from July 11, 2022.
He said that the daily wages of semi-skilled workers have been increased from Rs.320 to Rs.520.

Wow ok so 500 Rupees = 5,93 euros (not even going to try and figure that out hourly or monthly )
but here is an idea how earnings are done here
The minimum hourly gross wage is now at €11.07, representing a monthly wage of €1,678.95 € on a weekly basis of 35 hours.
so reading what you posted it is understandable and true that the price of living has effect also on health . i don't know about the quality of living etc in India but i guess it is the same struggle as anywhere else in the world.
does India have any Social help like benefits ,social housing ,does the Goverment help people who are looking for work ,unempolyed etc

I did not go through all the points, but when I stuck on this second point, I'm pretty sure you need to update your science knowledge and avoid dumping wrong info into the world.

There is no expiration date for water... water is water... the drinking or storing bottle has the expiration date.

A lot changed in the last decade... Most illnesses and diseases are caused by contaminated or impurified water...

I also wanted to speak about the bottle whose chemicals are harmful for us.....Because over time, the chemicals in plastic bottles leach into the water. Once in your bloodstream, these dangerous toxins have been linked to numerous health conditions such as liver and kidney damage and breast and uterine cancer.

Minimum wages here are spread across 4 verticles unskilled, semi skilled/ supervisory skilled/clerical and highly skilled
The amount shared at 500 is the basic min wage as per the govt and the revision of minimum wage act 1948 and its subsequent revisions.
That said, the average family income is at a min of INR 23,000 to 33,000 per month.
The NNI (Net national income (NNI) is defined as gross national income minus the depreciation of fixed capital assets (dwellings, buildings, machinery, transport equipment and physical infrastructure) through wear and tear and obsolescence.) Is 150,000 rupees on financial year 2022.
All employees are given medical insurance when they join employment.
Às a former HR, I do not see any employees going to the ESIC ( Employee's state Insurance corporation) hospitals.

France's public health insurance system “L'Assurance Maladie” covers the following types of care if they appear on the official list of reimbursable care:

  • hospital-based care and treatments in public or private health care, rehabilitation, or physical therapy facilities,
  • non-hospital-based care provided by general practitioners, specialists, dentists, and midwives,
  • doctor-prescribed diagnostic tests and care provided by medical laboratories and allied health professionals (nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, etc.);
  • prescribed pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and prosthetics which appear on the official lists of reimbursable products;
  • prescribed medical transportation.
France's health care system is know as one of the best in the world ,depending on your income everyone is covered ,if you earn over a certain amount of budget then thing medical you pay 70 % of the bill and the national Health insurance pay the rest but you get reimbursed what you advance . if you are under a certain budget income the National health insurance pay 100% of all your medical bills ,example seeing the doc for the flu to needing a operation or giving birth

back in Feb i was diagnosed with MS (Multiple sclerosis) but the one thing i'm not worrying about is high hospital ,medical or consultation bills because i am covered 100% even all treatment from headache pills to chemo / Radiation
it even covers mental health care

The Social Security system's Family branch is organized into a network of 101 Department-level funds and one national fund.

The Family Benefit Funds (Caisses d'allocations familiales/ CAF) pay family benefits:

  • to employees and comparable categories in all professions;
  • to non-agricultural self-employed workers, and
  • to all residents of France with children even if they are not employed.
Family benefits are awarded to persons acting as the real and ongoing custodian (food, housing, clothes) for legitimate, illegitimate, adopted, or foster children up to the age of:

  • 20 years old (general rule) for children who are not working or whose monthly net earnings do not exceed 78% of the minimum monthly wage or net Smic (€982.48);
  • 21 years old for the payment of housing benefits and the family income supplement (complément familial).
So this covers finacailly from the moment you have a child until that child is old and ugly enough to leave the home ,The caf also offers other kinds of income . it will pay any disability wether child or adult ,it will you a allowance to help pay rent , it has one called the RSA which is a allowance that has conditions to be granted it ,it will also cover certain social services like a home cleaner /helper
so even with all this you would think everyone is living great and comfy but hell no
mothers are being pushed to put there children into daycare or nannies and return to work,the days of raising our own children is done now we have to work to pay some other person to it aswell pay the bills ,pay taxes and then put what food is affordable on the table
