I heard Ms Harris talk
She is all American in mind body and soul
Whenever she says my country she means
Uncle Sam,
And we are fighting whether to call her a tamilian or a tambrahm.
Let us focus on our lives and our problems while
she is not even an Indian ,
Let us appreciate the women who stayed back in this country and contributed to the betterment of this country like

An old school teacher claimed that he remembered this laureate as a bright student and was snubbed immediately
We have no dearth of accomplished Indians living in India
It is high time we deviate our attention from Sunita Williams Kamala Harris or Kalpana Chawla
Let us educate our children about the accomplishments and sacrifices of women like Velu Nachiyar, Neerja Balot

Savitribai Phule,
Geeta and babita pogat,
Sudha Murthy and many more Indian women who are unsung heroins.
Let us talk to our children about contemporary personalities, values, goals and humanity
Teaching them shlokas and bhajans is not enough,
They must learn to be empathetic, just , zealous and grow up as compassionate human beings.
